Air Travel Booking Policy

Please read the following policies prior to submitting your booking request. If you have any questions or concerns you may email: info@cgluxuryrentals.com.

Requested air travel bookings must consist of:

Full name
DOB
Uploaded screenshot of desired flight showing date, time, destination and price at checkout from your selected airline's website
Full name of your referral
Contact details
Full payment within 24 hours of your price confirmation

Booking:

Flights on Jetblue are available for booking at this time. We do not work with 3rd party booking sites. Your screenshot must come from the airline's official website. Your booking total will consist of the price of your flight, discounted by 40% + $100 service fee per adult; $50 per child under the age of 10.
Payments not received in full within 24 hours of price confirmation will result in a forfeited request. We reserve the right to disqualify any future bookings for forfeited requests.
Bookings that do not meet the requested information criteria will need to fully complete the travel booking request form prior to continuing with your booking request.
Once payment is received travel confirmation will be provided within 72 hours. If your flight needs to be booked sooner we advise you to consider alternative booking options.
Upon receiving booking confirmation you may apply it to your travel rewards account (ie., Delta SkyMiles).
For information regarding missed flights, baggage policies, pets, infant lap children, flight cancellations and travel alerts please contact the Customer Service department of your selected airline or download their mobile app.
CG Luxury Rentals does not process flight cancellations. Discounted travel bookings are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event your travel booking request cannot be processed after payment, a refund travel credit will be issued with the exception of your service fee.
